Health Outreach Partners (HOP) is inviting health centers to join a learning collaborative on implementing a continuous quality improvement process to reduce missed medical appointments caused by transportation barriers. Participants will learn how to determine the impact of patient transportation barriers on the productivity and finances of their health center, and how to utilize a quality improvement toolkit to improve on their current transportation solutions.
