Register for SOPHE’s 23rd Annual Advocacy Summit

Registration fees include training materials and admission to all educational sessions. Continuing education credits for entry-level and master-level
Certified Health Education Specialists (CHES®/MCHES®) are available.

Virtual Congressional visits: Monday, October 18 – Tuesday, October 19 2021 | 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. ET.

All congressional visits are virtual. Participants must register by Monday, September 13 to schedule their virtual congressional visit.

On October 15, participants will meet with hill visit planning groups, and state delegation groups will meet 10 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. ET.

Cancellation Policy

Refund requests must be received in writing – electronically – to info@sophe.org. All cancellations are
subject to a $50 fee. No refunds will be given for any reason after September 13, 2021.

Substitution Policy

Registrant substitutions are permitted provided the request is of the same registration category and received in writing electronically by
the National SOPHE office before September 13, 2021. Email requests to egreaney@sophe.org.
