At the Prevent Cancer Foundation, we know that early detection of cancer can mean less extensive treatment, more treatment options and better chances of survival. But unfortunately, barriers to cancer screening and follow up can interfere with people getting the health care they need.

You don’t want to miss this session; in addition to the information sharing and networking, you may be eligible for funding to help you in your work! The Prevent Cancer Foundation will be awarding up to 30 stipends of $2,500 each to community organizations working to address an unmet need or bolster patient navigation for cancer screening and early detection efforts. Attendance at the June 12 Dialogue is required to apply. Applications will open on June 12 following the live program.

1.5 hours of continuing education credit is approved for Certified Health Education Specialists (CHES), nurses and advanced practice nurses. Registration is free of charge!
